DINNER

Served with cous cous, roasted vegetables drizzled with garlic and mint yoghurt
Preparation required: BBQ lamb for 8-10 minutes and reheat cous cous

Baked Herb crusted Ocean trout with roasted vegetables and green beans
Preparation required: Roasted vegetables and Ocean trout for approximately 10-15 minutes

Paper bag Salmon fillet and vegetables with Asian flavours and steamed rice
Preparation required: Bake salmon for 8-10 minutes and the vegetables for 7 minutes

Baked Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast with a pesto stuffing
Served with a salad of asparagus, rocket and oven roasted tomatoes
Preparation required: Roast chicken for 10-12 minutes

Roasted rack of lamb with a herb and mustard crust served with roasted vegetables and potatoes
Preparation required: Roast Vegetables for 40 minutes and lamb for 25 minutes
